Ban E-cigarettes in Restaurant?

E-Cig smoking was banned in restaurants considering the health effects of smoke on employees as well as other staff. A new debate has emerged on e-cigarette, which doesn’t smell and which doesn’t affect the staff or other dinners.

The impasse that today’s restaurant and dinners are facing are the smokers smoking-cig at their table. This was started after the ban on cigarette smoking in public. The restaurants and eating establishment are now facing the problem of Electronic cigarette smoking. The vapor coming out of e-cigarette being battery operated, even supposing usual is causing distress among non-smoking dinners.
The number of e-cig smokers is increasing by leaps and bounds causing a marginal decrease in restaurants business. E-cigs also keeps smokers leaving their table and leaving the restaurant. Some of the diners have even opened E-cig dining zone especially for smokers due to reduction in their business. Sill e-cigarettes being a new phenomenon “e-cig smoke shop” are being set-up focusing on younger generation which are continuously increasing day by day  and these guys will end up smoking in dining room contradicting the arguments.
Many of the restaurants and diners are allowing e-cig smoking at their places respectively until and unless it doesn’t sidetrack or create hassle to other visitors. The law is foggy as it’s not clear on the debate, should it be banned wholly or be left on each individual restaurants and diners to ban it on their own grounds.
